The vinyl, displays only light evidence of play, with only a couple of light spindle marks on the labels, has been well cared for and is free of anything but the lightest paper scuff, remaining easily in Excellent condition.Ī very nice copy of this hard to find first pressing !Ġ3.
The past owner has written a number 3 and crossed out the 4 on the incorrect label, otherwise all labels remain very clean. The album has obviously been kept in a smoke free environment as the inner gatefold shows no sign of yellowing. There are a couple of light creases in the laminate and has just a little edge scuffing but nothing to write home about, remains very nice indeed. The fully laminated sleeve displays some general wear & signs of age. Inside the gatefold, the small multiple images of Nick Mason cross the entire sleeve, with the EMI crdits in white at the centre.Īs mentioned above, this example has the wrong label on Side Three, as has the same label for Side Four on both.
A classic album, this first issue has no EMI boxed logo on the labels, the 'Gigi' LP on the front of the sleeve and 'London' spelt correctly next to the printer's name on the back.
